- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
2. Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
3. No Refunds for Voluntary Donations
Donations made voluntarily cannot be refunded. We encourage donors to review their transactions before making payments.
